Organisation of technical documents
Hello,
I would like to restructure documents in my enterprise. We are working with a lot of a technical documents but we can't rename it because of our suppliers. The first idea was to create an excel documents with a path to access to it.
Is there an easy way to do this ?

- Use SharePoint and enable external sharing and enable DLP and retention labels for security
