onedrive uncompresses windows-10-compressed files during synch

When copying a file to a windows 10 compressed, local onedrive-folder (context menue - compress content, which is handlet by compact.exe internally) , onedrive un-compresses this file to its un-compressed size when the file is getting changed and therefore synchronised. external compression (7zip) unfortunately is no solution, as these files need to be accessed "on the fly". Anybody having the same issue ? Is this a known issue with onedrive for business ? Any workarounds. Thank you very much for any hint, how to avoid this.
