If you are looking to move your tenant data to a new datacenter region, 

I have some major steps below you can follow :

1. Eligibility for Data Migration:
   • Only existing Microsoft 365 commercial customers who have selected a country eligible for the new datacenter region can request to migrate applicable data.
   • The program is available to tenants assigned an eligible country code and supports migrating customer data at rest for eligible workloads.
   • To check your eligibility, please visit https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/microsoft-365-multi-geo?view=o365-worldwide#microsoft-365-multi-geo-availability to confirm if your country is part of the supported regions.
2. How to Request a Data Move:
   • If you're eligible, you can request the data move directly from the Microsoft 365 admin center:
     • Navigate to Settings > Org Settings > Organization profile > Data Location.
     • If your organization has data residency requirements, select the checkbox to request a migration and save the changes.
