Office 365 RMS Protected (Can't forward) Email contant can't see on mobile at Receipent
Hi,
I have E3 plan and Email RMS/IRM enabled. Once I sent email with "Can't forward" rule, recipient unable to see email content on mobile phone though they are able to see email contents on Laptop/Outlook/OWA.
Any Idea ?

Maybe you haven't configured the setting to allow non-Outlook mobile devices to see decrypted content? Or you haven't upgraded your OME settings?

Yes, I missed to enable encrypted email access on mobile devices in decrypted content mode.

Yes, OME viewer installed. But i am trying to see the email contents which doesn't have any attachment.
There is message written in Email it self.
