Office 365 language inconsistency
We have people in many different regions, some speak French, some German, some Polish. When they open their OWA Outlook, all is fine. As soon as they open any other O365 cloud service like ODFB or OneNote, the language switches back to German for everybody. As this is AADConnect, there is absolutely no option in the web interface to change/define/set the language. How can I achieve that my people in French have a French ODFB experience?

The thing is that some applications have their own language settings, others use the browser or OS language settings. But yeah, there's definitely some space for improvement...

The people in France are running French Windows with French language settings.
In Chrome, Edge and IE (that run in the French language as well), the Sharepoint is in German.
Cache deleted. O365 License language/country switched and switched back. No effect.
SharePoint is a different beast altogether, sadly. Some of the SPO sites/pages use the "default" language that was used when the tenant was provisioned, but you should be able to turn on additional languages as detailed here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2883180/you-can-t-change-the-default-language-for-a-sharepoint-online-site-col
