    I don't have an iPad so I can't test, but that never stopped me expressing an opinion.

     

    First, I assume you're using OWA on the iPad - maybe you should use either the Outlook Groups app or Outlook for iOS? Both support access to groups.

     

    Second, is the group marked as a favorite? If not, add it as a favorite and see if that makes a difference.

    Thank you so much for your fast response, I knew that it would be a simple fix that I was just missing. I have installed the Outlook Groups app (that I didn't know existed) and found all of my groups there.
