Office 365 Business - Self Service Password

I've got Self Service Password Reset setup in Azure AD, set to All, and I've added the authentication methods that I want, but my users are still only being asked for 2 of the 4 methods that I set. How come this isn't tracking over?

  • I believe you need to select how many authentication methods you want for SSPR, it only does two by default.
    Also I would say 4 seems excessive in my opinion.
