Office 365 Application Splash Screen / Start Screen

Evening all, Here's how to fix this issue
Open MS Word, on the top right hand side click on icon called " Upcoming Features ", then under the Coming Soon, Visual Refresh Preview, switch it from on to Off.
You will receive a prompt advising Restart required of MS Word.
You must restart this application for the changes to take effect, click OK.
Once that's done, MS Word will launch and the splash screen will revert back to blue splash screen with MS365 WORD displayed, etc.
This change will also correct Excel and Outlookadiv
