Office 2019 Outlook365 will not open

When I went to open it again Outlook image comes up saying loading profile and noting happens. I can minimize or select the X and close. I have checked Task Manager and there are no other Offic...

Does it do the same thing if you try to create a new profile in Control Panel > Mail?

Thanks for the response

I did try Control Panel > OutLook Mail and all looked okay. I even tried running the Microsoft and Recovery Assistant with no success,

As a last resort I went to apps/programs and selected Modify Office 2019. That seemed to fix it.

One of those weird, odd blips that make absolutely no sense. Glad it's up and running now.

  I know it always happens to me. And naturally support is not available.
  
  I had another weird thing happen the out of the blue the Mouse and Touchpad buttons quit working.
  
  I did get it resolved with a freeware program that assigns button functions and they are working again.
