No more able to acces my outlook account . Error "InvalidLicenseException"
I use to access my outlook account without any issue, but today when i try to access it i got this error:- Also when i check the username (which is also the office 365 admin) inside exch...

If you look in more detail the license and apps tab of your user, is Exchange Online checked under apps?

AndresGorzelanyThanks for your reply... the checkbox was not checked, so i check it and save the changes, as follow:-
But still i can not access the email.
Second question, as i mentioned i were able to access the outlook yesterday, so what could cause this checkbox to get unchecked?
