New value in Office 365 Enterprise K1 for frontline workers

Frontline workers are the heartbeat of many of the world’s largest industries, such as manufacturing, retail, healthcare and hospitality. They’re the people behind the counter, on the phone with customers, operating the production line, building products, and running the day-to-day operations. They are often the face of an organization to its customers. And as more companies invest in digital transformation, there’s a growing recognition of the importance of empowering frontline workers with modern productivity tools.

 

The Office 365 Enterprise K1 plan has been expanded to include the following additional products:

    Curious how the community sees the Office 365 Enterprise K1 plan working for their organizations or that of their customers.  Let us know if you have started conversations about K1 for specific industries!

      I've just dipped my toe, so to speak, today with K1. There is an interesting comparison to be made with E1 since the new value has been added. Being able to access Delve was a nice surprise!
    • In several customers that have Office 365 Enterprise K1 they are very happy and glad that now all users can have Skype, Onedrive and more. Now they are comunicating with a newsletter to spread the word to all employees what are their new funtionalities.
