MRM Retention Polisy is not Applied
Hello
i have the following issue:
If I change the retention policy for a mailbox the changes are not applied. My Mailbox always has a stadard policy of 5 years and the tags from the default MRM policy, which is not applied to this mailbox
Is there anything I'm missing .. ?
The Managed Folder Assistant (MFA) must process the mailbox before any policy changes made to the mailbox become effective. For Exchange Online, MFA runs on a workcycle basis where mailboxes are processed at least once weekly, so it can take some time for a change to show up.
