Moving away from Access Database - exporting files

Our Access Database has reached its 2GB size limit. I see a way to export to SharePoint as a list but it won't transfer files. Does anyone have advice on how to export these files into folders in SharePoint? 

Also- any Access- alternative suggestions are welcomed.
