Modern Attachment - Recipient needs Microsoft Account

Is there a way to use modern attachments so that the recipient doesn't need a microsoft account? When i share files with OneDrive for Business, i can do this in several ways also just anonymous. But the end user experience is to go first to OneDrive for Business, create a link for sharing and copy it into the mail. So it would be fine, especially for Outlook 2016 users, that i can attach a file through OneDrive for Business without the need that the recipient has to create a microsoft account.
