Hi,
I assume you have tried to completly remove the account from the app and then re-add it again? I have seen this happen on a device that had security software blocking the communications with Microsoft during activation. So maybe have a look if yoiu can update that software, or temporarilly disable it to make sure it isnt that.

I have tried like ... everything I could think of short of wiping my HDs and completely reinstalling W11.
So far I have:
- removed account from W11,
- removed account from all apps,
- reinstalled all Office Apps.
- tried once without Firewall protection
