Microsoft 365 Developer Program

I am trying to setup M365 Developer E5 subscription, am I am getting this: 

This service is temporarily unavailable due to a high volume of requests. Please try again later.
We apologize for the inconvenience.

Any help would be much appreciated, TIA

    All good, seems to be working now, must be an issue on MS side

    sshoaib I´m getting this message "No momento, não podemos provisionar sandboxes em sua região." below and can´t go further to registration because, when it´s required to put your cell phone number, Brazil is not found on the country listings.
