Managing Office 365
Currently education are using MS Office 2010 and I am aware that Office 2010 support ends this year. On the back of this I am looking at moving education to O365. To make it easier to access O365 can we install the O365 apps on the desktop task bar to allow teaching staff and pupils to access individual apps when require. Basically having a shortcut to O365 apps. Can these apps be pushed out centrally. Basically i am looking for any easy and quick option to allow ease of access to the O365 cloud applications. Can I just add that Education have an O365 tenancy through Glow
You can most certainly publish shortcuts/URLs pointing to the corresponding web apps, or set them as bookmarks in the browser, etc.

VasilMichev - Would i need to download the O365 apps to allow the shortcut to work
No, those are simply web pages, pretty much the same thing as creating a shortcut to say google.
