Is MS Access not included in Microsoft 365 anymore?

I have Microsoft 365 from my school email. I was able to download MS Access on my old laptop. Now that I bought a new laptop, I can't for the life of me figure out how to download the app. I tried downloading through here:

It keeps on asking me to pay. I tried clicking "Already have a Microsoft account? Sign in" but when I try to sign in using my school email, it says "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account or get a new one." How do I install MS Access using my school account? I was able to do it before.

Edit: Nvm, I solved it. I went to the Microsoft 365 app > Install apps > Microsoft 365 apps. It installed other apps that I don't need but at least I have Access now I guess.
