Invited to external group - add to Outlook 365
Hi all (second try, first topic I posted seemed to not post).
I have accepted an invite to an M365 group from another tenant. I can view the group via the link in the invitation email.
How do I add this group to Outlook 365 (Classic)?

You cannot. Cross-tenant access to the "mailbox" of a Microsoft 365 Group is not supported. You can send/receive messages to the group, but not access the mailbox directly via Outlook or OWA.

Thanks for the reply VasilMichev​. I have done some research and it seems what we need is not possible.
We need a mailbox that users from different organisations can access, but this seems impossible. With a Group, external users get a copy of any email sent to it, but that is a poor substitute for our needs.
