Hi there,
Is there any updates to the ETA on when the preview (or GA) of To-Do will hit EDU tenants?
Really enjoy using it on my personal account, and would like to enable it for our staff and students.
One crucial function that still is missing that was so useful in Wunderlist, it the ability to share lists. Coming soon I hope!
Cheers.

Not sure if my previous post had invoked someone at MS, as a week later "To-Do Preview" has appeared in "Services and add-ins" in our EDU Tenant.
Turned it on and all working!
- computxGold ContributorAny idea if there's official documentation somewhere? I'd rather link to someone else's article than write one up myself for my end users.

Is it still not possible to login with a work account?
When i try to login with my work account through our ADFS login a get the 501 error.
Logging in from the iOS app works fine with my work login.

Is there an ETA for support of InTune device enrolment requirements? At the moment we can't use the app as it's not aware the device is enrolled in InTune so always just gets the device enrolment prompt.

Thanks for the feedback Mark.
We are working on sharing so you will be able to collaborate on lists in the future.
You can use tags in the form of hashtags e.g. #priority - clicking on that tag will show you all the to-dos across all your lists with that tag.
The icon picker is a little hidden at the moment but it is available—add an emoji to the beginning of your list title and it will automatically become the icon.
We will be looking into native sharing from iPhone. In the meantime did you see that you can already use Siri to add to-dos? https://todosupport.helpshift.com/a/microsoft-to-do/?p=web&s=tips-tricks&f=using-siri-with-to-do.- Hi Polly. Thanks for the tip about using hashtags. If I put a hashtag in the title of a task, it hyperlinks it. Then I can click on it and it searches for other tasks with the same hashtag.
If use the same hashtag in the notes field on a different task, it doesn't hyperlink. Though this task will appear in the hashtag search results when I click on a hyperlinked hashtag.
Should a hashtag become hyperlinked, regardless of the field it is entered into?
I'm using To-Do app for Windows 10 (UWP) and for iPhone. I see the same behaviour.

With a self-provisioned account, what are the license requirements? Will it use up an E3 license for each user I provision?
- Polly Davidson
Microsoft
It shouldn't use up a license as it is currently a free app.

Hi all, Apologies for the delay in replying. It looks like most of you have managed to turn on To-Do in your Admin Center now. We're sorry for the technical issues you experienced. If you are still having issues then please double check here to check that your tenant is supported—https://todosupport.helpshift.com/a/microsoft-to-do/?p=all&s=account&f=administration-of-to-do-in-office-365&l=en. Education accounts aren't currently supported in Preview. Unfortunately I can't give you a timeframe for that yet.Our webapp still doesn't support work accounts. However, we are working hard on fixing this.
Let me know if your Tenant should be supported but you still can't access To-Do. If you have managed to access To-Do then we'd love to hear your initial feedback.- Kathleen LynchBrass Contributor
Any idea on when it will be added to the G tenants as well?
Could this be added to the O365 Roadmap - To-Do is added as being in production, but they have started adding separate listings for government tenant release timelines.
Thanks!

Hey Kathleen, unfortunately we don't have a timeframe for G tenants yet. I'll pass on your Roadmap request.

Is it also possible to enable this feature for just a few users in a tenant?
- Polly Davidson
Microsoft
Hey Adri, No, unfortunately not. You can only turn it on for everyone.

Hi,
I have turned on To-do on the tenant level but nothing is appearing, I am exepcting a tile to appear is this the correct behaviour or is this following TEAMS where there is no tile for now and there is a URL we need to navigate to?
Thanks,
Shaun

No tile at the moment.
Moreover, you will not be able to login to the web site with an organizational account (it works only with an MSA). You should instead use the Win10 app or the mobile apps.

We've enabled ToDo in our testing first release tenant and it works fine on mobile but we still cannot use Web version. Getting error "Unfortunately, the web app doesn't support Work or School accounts yet. We're working on it!"
When can we expect the web version to work with work account?
It has showed again and is active, but when to try to login.

Maybe some magic will done on the backstage.

Today we were finely able to switch to-do on in our tenant so I could try it out with my business account for the first time. I really looked forward to that. But I am a bit disappointed in what the app can do at this time. The sync with outlook is very very limited in that it really only syncs the Outlook tasks and not the flagged e-mails that are part of the tasks list in Outlook. For me that means that more than halve of my to do's are not synced with To-Do. Overall I like the idea behind the app, but for now it's functionality is simply to limited for me to be of any help in my day to day work. I hope you guys add the syncing of flagged e-mails very soon.

Hey Rebekka, Outlook doesn't currently categorise flagged emails as to-dos on the backend which means that it doesn't sync to our app. We would love to see it sync across too so we are working on a workaround. Thanks for your feedback.- Rob-CTLIron ContributorIt will be a very useful app once the flagged emails are added to the app.
