Import Chinese Contacts from Thunderbird to Office 365

I want to import chinese, japanese and russian contacts from Thunderbird to Office 365, but I always get the error message that says something like: "Something didn't work".

According to the Microsoft Support, they don't support Thunderbird imports, so I have to ask you for help. The fact that I need to import non-alphanumeric characters, doesn't make it easier.

Your suggestions?
