Guest users Source - Microsoft account vs. External Azure AD

Is there a way to restrict Guest users to accept invitations with a Microsoft account (see screenshot) when sharing a SharePoint Online site? We prefer having Guest users as an External Azure AD...

No you can’t, if you want this you have to make sure only share to email addresses that are connected to a office 365 account

Would selecting the Organizational account option create the Guest user as External Azure AD identity?

Assuming they have that e-mail hosted in an azure AD instance. They will only get that prompt if their e-mail is tied to both options. But they could have MSA only, Org (Azure AD) only, or both tied to an e-mail and it's really kind of a pain point for all this guest invite stuff :).
