What is the difference between Exchange Online (Plan 1) at $4/month and Exchange Online Kiosk at $2/month?
The main difference is one lets you connect with Desktop Outlook and the other (cheaper) is Web / mobile only. But there are many other back end related and access rights to different features to consider which Vasil pointed out in the article he linked (It's down the page away).
