Exchange hybrid configuration across multiple regions

Gregor Jus is this really helpful I am referring to this forum. if question is asked in 2019 (11-15-2019 02:17 AM ) and there is still no answer no replies even from Microsoft , are we then lead to believe that this is helpful while its clearly not?
What should motivate me to type my scenario here?
