Excel Help if possible

Hello All, 

I don't know how to properly word what I am trying to do in Excel so I don't know what to type into google to try to find my answer, I hope someone can help?

 

I have a spreadsheet that is keeping a running tab of open orders. 

Once we receive the Invoice/receipt and once it hits the Credit card, I want these items to go to a seperate sheet.

So I will have to answer Y to these in order for it to move, they have a N for no until I get those items. 

 

Is this a possible formula? I will include a screen shot of what I have (of course the information is not true, just for visual purposes)

 If anyone can help me out that would be great!!!

    Why a separate sheet? Cant you make it a list and then filter on Y in that column?

    'Moving to a different sheet' would mean copy/pasting the row of cells, I guess a macro would be possible but then rules out web excel.

      I want to only see the ones still pending and waiting for an Invoice and for them to show on the credit card. 

      My job as assistant bookkeeper (With no quickbooks) is to only send what hits the credit cards to our accountant, I was thinking this could help me out a bit? 

       

      Please advise, maybe this isn't a function on excel?
