Embed font not working in powerpoint

Question : if turned on embed font from settings for a file does it work for all user
Meaning if anyone else uses the file in collaboration and uses a different font does that also embed?

I am not able to get answer from my own because some user able to see the font but some not so I think embedding font is not properly working can anyone explain about this all issue and how embed work and what are the all limitation for this.

When I turn it on once does it work after that for all font or I have to make it on and off again and again to embed font?
