Dynamic grid only works for resizing and not positioning or alignment

Hello,

The dynamic grid in Visio seems to only be partially working.

The green lines appear only when resizing a shape and not when I'm aligning or positioning a shape.

I've tried:

- Using scrub tool to uninstall office (https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/office/uninstall-office-from-a-pc-9dd49b83-264a-477a-8fcc-2fdf5dbf61d8)

- Opening the same file on another profile on my computer which works

- Tried the same file on another computer which works

- Playing around with visual aid settings here's what it is currently

Any other suggestions?
