Right Angle Connectors are now going Diagonal?
Hey, I've been working on this Visio diagram for some time now, and I have nearly got every hidden setting working in my favor. Unfortunately, something happened to my connectors, they ALL ARE DIAGONAL?! These are Right Angle connectors, and they were all fine. I went to make some changes to a couple of Master Stencils, and page settings. Here, take a look at these screenshots of what happens now: First, this is what it looks like when I go to drag the connector. Second is immediately after I release the mouse button, it fails to render an imaginary diagonal line. Notice the little blue bubble. Third is when I move the horizontal line up, it indeed has created a diagonal connector. Fourth is the settings of the right side <1> shape; showing how the connection points are supposed to be acting, +1 or -1 along the X-dir. And indeed they WERE working merely hours ago, and for the last week. I changed settings inside of the Master Shape for these <> shapes: Miscellaneous: NoObjHandles = TRUE Group Properties: SelectMode = 0 These settings are to prevent future users from accidentally editing the shapes when they only need to select and use the Shape Data.
Electrical Connector Junction or Node
Hi, I was wondering where the option to enable connector junctions for electrical engineering diagrams. It is enabled for some of the templates, and when I tested it last week, any new connector branches would automatically add in a node (see attached images), though it doesn't work now. By default this is turned off, and I have been looking for hours to turn this on. Thanks for the help!
Visio Online: Can't Reduce Canvas Size
I have created a diagram using Visio online. My Canvas size is comically large compared to my design. when I go to Design->Size it shows that my canvas is set to 8.5x11. Given the size of my fonts and shapes my diagram should not be microscopic on an 8.5x11 canvas. Does anyone know how to shrink the canvas or what could be causing this issue?
DDL Generation using Visio
Dear All, I’ve created a model in Microsoft Visio using the database model diagram, but I can’t find the option to generate and export the DDL for the tables. Visio Freezing Continuously
When working on large signal flow drawings, Visio freezes with every shape or drawing move for 10-30 seconds at a time with the "Not Responding" message every time. I have un-installed, re-installed, turned off the "Show text suggestions as I type", "disables graphics hardware acceleration", updated my graphics card, added RAM, and just bought a new PC with better specs all around. The problem remains. I have drawings due for projects and Visio is literally un-usable. Spent 3 hours on a drawing that would normally take 15 minutes tops. Is this a Visio scripting issue like I have read? I really need a solution. Thanks!

What happen when to existing Visio diagrams when downgraded from Plan 1 to Standard
Hi Guys, Need some help in understanding Visio licensing. We have M365 Enterprise license, in that we have Visio web as well for all M365 users. One user is having Vision Plan 1 licence, he is not logged into visio in past 90ays, so we are downgrading his licence to Visio Web, does it impact it's diagram if we downgrade user licence, existing data will remain same ? Kindly suggest.
