Distribution List vs Group
I need a little assistance deciding if it would be better for me to make a distribution list or a group in Office 365. Any insights would be appreciated. Thank you.
If you need it for email only, use DG. If you need access to a shared library/SPO site/Team eventually, use a M365 Group.
