Copy/Migrate a mailbox(cloud) into Public Folder
Hi TechCommunity,
May I ask if you already have found a fastest way to achieve the above Support said Network upload and Import PST from outlook will not work as I'll be importing in the subfolder of the public folder? Advised from my friend is to use a move a copy rule from outlook to public folder desired.

If it's a single mailbox, simply do the export/import via Outlook. The Import service is intended to be used when you have hundreds of PSTs to import, and as you have mentioned it cannot be used to upload to subfolder.
