To keep it short, a User is missing Mails he moved to a folder in his Mailbox, I tried doing an audit search on that day, for that user for the activity "Moved message to another folder". But no ma...
Try the Search-UnifiedAuditLog cmdlet as a workaround. And if you are still having issues with the UI, best open a support request and report it.
