Categories in New Outlook

I see that the Categories tags in the "New Outlook" are no longer assign to Mailbox rather to the persons Account. This would explain why I cannot see option to have categories assigned for emails in Shared Mailbox, I can barely see any proper settings for Shared Mailboxes in the "New Outlook" in general.

Are there any official information regarding how this is going to look in the end and if we will be able to keep using Categories in the Shared Mailboxes? I am more than certain there is a huge amount of companies, users, teams using this feature...
