MicrosoftCapping in Office 365 Business Plans and Domains
Hello there,
If somebody from O365 community can help with the following two questions:
1) In a given tenant can I add 300 Business Premium user and 300 Business Essential users?
2) Does a Domain gets locked with the tenant? Is it possible to keep 100 contoso.users in one tenant and 100 contoso.users in another tenant.

- Yes! A domain can be be in one tenant! I believe you can have sub domains in other tenants though
