Cannot authenticate via Authenticator app
I am unable to sign in into Office 365 with my working account due to the Multi Factor Authentication options being Authenticator app only.
After inputting password and working email (ending with onmicrsoft.com, different than this one, I am writing from) I am introduced the attached screen, where both 2nd factor option are via Authenticator. However nothing pops up in my Authenticator app.
Can somebody help me get into my office account plz?
(I cannot even login to unsubscribe office 365 to a different account)

rouckovam I had similar issues with staff here and overseas. The quickest way i found was to remove the account from the authenticator, then go to entra admin centre/all users/user/authentication methods and require re-register authentication method. It will then get you to set up again and it syncs properly again! I hope this helps.
- rouckovamCopper ContributorAmin_Velji Thank you very much for a reply, unfortunately I am not able to sign into Entra Admin, because it also requires 2nd factor auth via the Authenticator. We might have screwed things up in the past by using the same account for Office 365 itself as well as for the Mictosoft administration and not using a separate ones.
There is also a small chance, that MFA was setup on an old phone, that's already gone. I am really not sure at this point.- Amin_VeljiCopper Contributor
rouckovam Are you not able to get in touch with the O365 admin to reset everything? if you dont have one (you may have purchased it directly) then you may need to get intouch with microsoft support. Im not sure what else to suggest.
