Best way to run pulse surveys inside Teams?
I’m looking for a lightweight way to run recurring pulse surveys directly in Teams. Forms works fine for basic questions, but follow-up, reminders, anonymity, and reporting become manual pretty quickly. Curious what others are using for short employee check-ins or sentiment surveys inside the Microsoft ecosystem. Or am I not using Forms to its full potential?

Yeah Forms gets the job done for one-off stuff but once you want recurring surveys with actual follow up it becomes a whole manual process. Been there. Never had experience with Glint before so I can't speak to that. Months ago, we figured out that the tool we use for performance management and goal setting inside Teams, Teamflect, also had a proper survey component. It runs right inside Teams so people actually respond, you can set up recurring schedules, and the analytics are really strong. If youre also looking for a pms, or engagement tool, I can recommend it.
Hi, if you want to keep it lightweight inside Microsoft 365, I would start with an anonymous Forms survey posted on a recurring Teams schedule. For reminders and follow-up, Power Automate can nudge the channel or a manager group, and the responses can land in Excel or a SharePoint list for reporting. If you need stronger anonymity, trend dashboards, or org-level sentiment tracking, that is usually where a dedicated tool like Viva Glint makes more sense.
