Best way to create a shared calendar

I have a handful of users who want a shared calendar to track time off however they want to be able to send the invite to the calendar which auto-accepts the request.

I've attempted creating a shared mailbox however I was unable to find a way to have it auto-accept invites. 

Any recommendations for this?
