AD FS activity report to migrate an application / ADFS + Azure AD Connect with PTA setup

Hello

I would like to ask you for help. Currently my potentional customer use AD FS + Azure AD Connect with PTA.

I consider to use AD FS activity report to asseess existing applications readiness to migrate into Azure AD.

But:

AD FS activity report needs Azure AD Connect healt agent installed and these agents needs Azure AD Connect Health.

I found in MS Docs under : Current limitations,

Pass-through Authentication is not integrated with https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/hybrid/whatis-azure-ad-connect.

Does it means that i will be not able to use ADFS Activity Report or it will not work to assess applications ?
