Why doesn't Marketplace show default pricing

We have published our SaaS offer for about than 20 countries in Europe but not for US. When we search and find the offer on Marketplace it usually shows no prices under Plans but the following message "This software is not available in the selected billing country/region. To view available software plans and prices, select a billing country/region in the footer"

 

How can we define a default country? 

When we change to a defined country as said be the message it takes more than 2 second until the plans and pricing is shown.

 

Does anyone experience this issue too?
