No plans are available for the selected subscription
I've set up a SaaS offer in the Azure Marketplace and created a free plan for testing purposes. However, when attempting to subscribe to the offer, I encounter an issue: No plans are available for the selected subscription, despite configuring both yearly and monthly plans. Additionally, a paid plan has been configured.
Please see the screenshot below for reference.

boblarkin did you already follow the troubleshooting-related comments posted here?
There could be several reasons for this:
1. The market selected in the plan does not include the country attached to your Azure billing address. ie. If you only select US in the plan market and your Azure billing address is New Zealand, then you cannot buy this solution.
2. The offer type may not be transactable. Managed App Solution Templates are not transactable.
3. Others depending on your set up.it's also possible that the message you are seeing ("no plans available for the selected subscription") will render if you do not have Owner or Contributor permissions to the Subscription you are using. You might want to run the Eligibility check on yourself to ensure all permissions are good. If you DO have these permissions and are still encountering this issue please let me know.

Team, justinroyal and boblarkin
We just experienced the very issue being discussed in this mail thread. The error message that there are 'no plans available for the selected subscription' in our instance was related to the actual subscription being selected during the private offer purchase step. For the specific subscription selected, the user got the error message and was unable to move forward.
When our customer changed subscriptions within the Purchase flyout dialog, they did not see the error which led us to look closer at the offending subscription itself. In this case, it turned out the subscription was of an Offer that is not eligible for third party purchasing, Sponsorship (0136P). Subscriptions of this Offer type are not in scope as they are not attached to a plan for billing purposes. Here is the link that spells out what is included AND excluded when a subscription is a 0136P Offer. Azure EA Sponsorship Offer | Microsoft Azure
Some other Subscription Offer types where Marketplace purchasing is not possible include Free Trial (0044P), Microsoft Azure Sponsored Offer (0036P), Azure Pass Sponsorship (0243P). The list of available Azure Offers is here. Offer Details | Microsoft Azure
It is important to note EA subscriptions ARE available but are not in the above list. Their offer types are 0017P and 0148P.
We were able to help mitigate this by selecting a different subscription to benefit from the free azure usage. This in turn, unblocked the desired subscription to complete the marketplace purchase. We were able to troubleshoot this using the internal support tool which provides insight into the Offer Numbers for a given subscription.

We have several subscriptions and I am Owner on all of them, I get the same issue on all subscriptions. We do use a CSP as for our Azure billing.
For subscription type we are on https://azure.microsoft.com/en-gb/pricing/offers/ms-azr-0017g Azure Plan. I can not see any restrictions on this except when using free credits.
I ran the eligibility checker and have posted a screenshot of the results below. The only warning is about Private Offers, but for Grafana we just want to purchase the standard Advanced plan.
Thanks
Bob

Did anyone find a solution to this? We raised this with our CSP and they could not purchase this on our behalf with the same issue. When we raised it with Azure support they said it was a Grafana issue so we are going round in circles!

deogratiassaidi did you refer to the guidance Chr_Brown and I shared above?
- deogratiassaidiCopper ContributorHi justinroyal, I did that and none of that is the issue the solution is available here in Norway. And I have tested this on my own non-CSP subscription.

- RicardoL1950Copper ContributorHey all, I’m simply trying to create a new subscription and I presented with the no available plans in the plan drop down. I have ownership of the billing plans.
