Dear justinroyal 

I appreciate your efforts, but it’s now been 3 weeks, and the subscription process for two of our apps is still unresolved. I’ve tried to be patient, but this has exceeded a reasonable timeframe for addressing such a critical issue.

If Microsoft wants ISVs to succeed, this level of support is essential. Leaving us with such a major issue for this long is unacceptable.
