Dynamics 365 offers - pricing options
Hi all,
We're almost finished with the development of a product we wish to publish on the Marketplace (slightly later than planned!).
I'm just interested in how other people have managed the pricing of a product which doesn't strictly fit within a per user licensing option.
Specifically we'd be looking to charge a flat X amount per environment/tenant, rather than per user. The service we are looking to provide shouldn't scale with the number of users, i.e. if 1 user used it, or if it was 100, we'd like to charge the same amount.
We can't just charge X amount per user and set it up as 1 min / 1 max as we would like other users to make use of tool.
Any thoughts?

MichaelWoodBLC what is the offer type? If it is a SaaS offer, meters may be the best route, but we would need more info to answer.
- kyle-callahanIron ContributorHi Michael - this is a good reminder for anyone planning to publish a Dynamics 365 offer in the marketplace. Not every type of product can currently be made transactable through the marketplace. You've like already gone through Planning your D365 offer: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace/marketplace-dynamics-365
As you are noticing, for Dataverse and Power Apps that can have transactable plans enabled, the current pricing model is per user. Flat-rate model is not available for this type of offer. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/marketplace/dynamics-365-customer-engage-plans#define-pricing-and-availability
I'll message you privately regarding your use case and the feedback that you'd prefer a flat-rate option (over per user model) to publishing your D365 solution. Thank you.- GermantasBrass ContributorAny time soon partners can expect flat-rate option to become available?
