Which MTM Survey Questions are nowadays used to compile the Learning Partner quality index score?
Hi all.
Can someone tell me which MTM Survey Questions are nowadays used to compile the Learning Partner quality index score?
All I have is an outdated document, titled Metrics that Matter - Partner Scored Survey Questions.pdf. This dates from a year back and when I look at the questions I notice that these are changed within MTM.
As such my guess is that there has to be an updated version of this document. Can you please share this with me? Many thanks in advance.
