What is the proper way to join TSP?
My company joined MAICPP already. We also filled the TSP onboarding form. However, there is no email send to us. I cannot find any info from the Partner Center too. May I know what is the proper way to join TSP?
Is there a website or email address to get in touch with support team?

The onboarding form is the proper route, and it goes to Dan Donahue's team. They process in batches, so do not panic if you have not heard back yet.
That said, the lack of a confirmation email is frustrating. If you are worried your form got lost, I would suggest reaching out to your MAICPP contact. They might have a direct line to the TSP team and can nudge them on your behalf.No, there is no website or email address. The TSP Onboarding form is the proper way.
The TSP onboarding forms go to the TSP Program team i.e., Dan Donahue and they are processed in batches, so wait for them to be in touch
