Hi MarceloPacific0 - I want to make sure I understand where you are coming from. I think you're asking why non-live ILT will not get counted in the KPIs for solution area badged status? We wanted to expand the modalities in the ways that partners could deliver training to meet the learners where they are. However, we still firmly believe that live ILT is the core to partner performance tracking and therefore badging and other benefits are reserved for those that hit the live training benchmarks.
Interpreting your question another way you may be saying "I should still be able to provide the course completion badge (achievement code) and quality survey (MTM) because those are important to the learner (badge) and tracking my quality of business (MTM), even if they don't generate KPIs." I agree with that and we're investigating ways in which we can separate those, but nothing to share at the moment.
