Query on MCT and linking Microsoft learn account

I was just further wondering if I do hire external consultants to provide Microsoft trainings , will their qualifications allocate to my company's profile in reaching the minimum KPIs ( ie 200 points) requirement.
As we need to fulfil our base criteria + specialization to enroll in the Training service provider program.
MicrosoftThe Training Services Partner program has no KPI minimums for participation in our ecosystem. We require that you register as a Microsoft partner, complete our TSP onboarding form, and then complete the necessary onboarding steps as outlined in our Get Started documentation. The KPIs in the TSP program are for achieving Solution Area badging in one of Microsoft's 6 solution areas. This part of the program is not required, but does come with additional benefits such as software licenses.
The MCT's activity doesn't directly relate to KPIs. However, MCTs are generally valuable in getting learners to complete their MTM surveys and redeem achievement codes, which does directly impact your program KPIs.
