Previously registered as Training Services Partner and unable to access membership information

Below is the error I receive when I attempt to access the Training Services Partner page on the Partner Portal:

I will attempt from another computer and see what happens; however, accessing this page has always been a problem.

This has been an on / off problem for several months for a subset of partners. Engineering is engaged and trying to determine the issue. Some partners have had success by accessing Partner Center via a private browser.&nbsp;
