Partner Program Basics

Hi KapilK2023​, thanks for reaching out. 

1. The initial "Welcome to the Training Services Partner Program" email is your confirmation to the program. The link to the documentation in that email outline the steps needed to complete the operational onboarding process. It describes setting up your MTM survey account, accessing the Pearson Vue Partner Store, and creating achievement codes. We will be relooking at our comms in the coming months to provide better clarity.
2. There is no fee associated unless you achieve the Solution Area badge status in one of Microsoft's 6 solution areas. The benchmark KPIs for this are detailed in the onboarding documentation. If you were to meet the benchmarks then you would pay via the Partner Center dashboard where you can also track your progress in the program. Please note: it is not required to meet these benchmarks, but doing so comes with product licensing and badging benefits. 
3. Logos are reserved for partners who have met the Solution Area badge status. If you need a letter saying you're in the program, please send me a private message with the details of your organization and Microsoft Partner ID number and I can get one to you. 
4. In the onboarding documentation you'll see instructions for accessing the Pearson Partner Store and the contact information for the Authorized Labs Hosters (ALHs). Labs come directly from the ALHs.

Same here, in a newbie way, we became MAICPP, but I don't get to reach the form to fill up for training partner, What do I have to check, in order to activate the form to fill up the request to become TSP? Thanks
