MSl Redemption codes not reflecting
Hi. I represent a TSP in the EMEA region and for the last 3 weeks of July, we have had several redemption codes on appearing when pulling reports to verify with our attendance and course redemptions. Because of the changes in the support process, we have been hitting one brick wall after the other:
- The previous way for us to log a support request is no longer available (correct me if I am wrong)
- I have reviewed this page before I created the support request and this was the link I found for support requests. Nowhere did it say it is MCT only.
- I have reviewed all the links and an escalation path for this is either hidden so well or not there that I could find
- Is the TSP forum then the correct escalation path? TSP Community forum
