Microsoft examination - Rescheduling issues with Pearson with coupons
So, I participated in the AI skills challenge and I got vouchers for AI-900 and 102 upon scheduling these exams I had technical issues and couldn't write it. I then contacted Pearson Vue and they solved it and they told me the vouchers will be reinstated because the issue arose from their end. And when they said they reinstated these vouchers had passed June 24th which made me very worried cause the vouchers said they would expire on that day. As of yesterday when I tried to use the vouchers, it gave an error that it had expired so contacted support and they said I should reach out directly to Microsoft. (I had exams in school so I have been too occupied to open a case) What would be done regarding the issue?

Hi tsukimi, thanks for your inquiry.
I did some research, and it does not appear we provided free or discounted vouchers via the Training Services Partner community. I think you're looking for replacement vouchers - how did you acquire them originally? It sounds like a Pearson issue, but I know it doesn't help if Pearson points to MSFT and MSFT points back to Pearson. Happy to try and track down some more details, can you provide additional info? Thanks.

tsukimi I would suggest writing DanDonohue a private message and maybe he can help you.
- Michael_SuchacekIron ContributorI really admire you, coming to a Microsoft forum, publicly admitting that you have violated/abused the rules and asking for help.
Somehow you even have Microsoft employees and volunteers here helping you.- tsukimiCopper Contributor
I apologize if I inadvertently violated any rules while trying to acquire these vouchers. It was not my intention to abuse the system nor break any rules, and I regret any issues this may have caused. I appreciate the support and assistance from the Microsoft employees and volunteers.
Thank you very much.
