Several years back we stopped having TSPs assign a MCT to their MSFT partner profile. While MCTs are still required to deliver all official Microsoft training, they are not necessarily tethered to one partner.
As part of your post-training quality survey (Metrics that Matter) you do need to associate the MCT to the particular class that is being delivered. There are instructions for how to do that on the Metrics that Matter help site.
